Effective April 3, 2026. These terms are the product rules for creating and running a Clawdio workspace.

Managed SaaSYou are buying a managed Clawdio workspace, not a self-hosted server image.
Private workspaceEach Clawdio is tenant-scoped, but regulated or enterprise-grade isolation may require stronger deployment modes.
Included standard useNormal shared chat is included in the plan, with fair-use controls and platform protections.

Also read the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Fair Use Policy. Together they define the baseline customer contract for Clawdio.

What you agree to

  1. You will use Clawdio only for lawful business, education, household, or personal-assistant workflows.
  2. You will not use Clawdio to abuse third parties, send spam, impersonate others, or perform unauthorized access or fraud.
  3. You are responsible for the data, files, and external accounts you connect into your workspace.
  4. You understand that model providers, browser automation, and connected channels may have their own terms and limits.
  5. You will not treat Clawdio as legal, medical, accounting, or emergency-service advice without appropriate professional review.

Billing and service

What Clawdio commits to

  1. Clawdio will provide the managed workspace, billing flow, and runtime path associated with your active plan.
  2. Standard shared chat is included with the active plan, subject to fair use, plan limits, abuse controls, and provider availability.
  3. Premium models, media generation, transcription, and heavier tool runs may use premium credits or require a larger plan.
  4. Plans, quotas, provider options, and included features can change as the product evolves, but active billing changes should be communicated clearly.
  5. We may rate-limit, recover, suspend, or restrict unsafe or unstable usage to protect the platform and other customers.
  6. Marketplace, onchain, regulated, and enterprise paths may carry additional terms or deployment requirements.
