What Clawdio is for

  1. Legitimate business, family, education, or personal-assistant workflows.
  2. Scheduling, follow-up, drafting, coordination, intake, research, and customer support work you are authorized to perform.
  3. Connected provider and channel use that follows both Clawdio rules and the third-party platform rules.

Blocked

  2. Unauthorized system access, credential abuse, scraping that violates platform rules, or attempts to compromise third parties.
  3. Illegal content, malware delivery, abuse of browser automation, or actions that create platform-wide reliability or security risk.
  4. Attempts to bypass fair-use controls, meter-heavy premium paths, or plan limits through automation, account sharing, or abusive volume patterns.
  5. Using Clawdio as a substitute for professional legal, medical, accounting, or emergency-service judgment where real review is required.

Enforcement

What happens if a workspace crosses the line

  1. We may rate-limit, pause, suspend, or terminate workspaces that create abuse, fraud, safety, or infrastructure risk.
  2. We may remove access to specific providers, channels, browser actions, or exports when needed to contain risk.
  3. We may preserve relevant audit and operational records for abuse investigation, recovery, and legal response.
