Clawdio Your AI assistant.

Fair use

Standard shared chat is included. Infinite throughput is not.

Effective April 5, 2026. Clawdio is sold to feel calm in daily use, not to make every customer count tokens manually. Standard shared chat is included in the plan, but fair-use controls still protect the platform and other customers.

IncludedNormal daily text chat, drafting, follow-up, and assistant work inside the workspace.
PremiumHigher-cost model routes, media generation, transcription, and heavier automation or tool runs.
ProtectedWe may rate-limit or review unusual volume, runaway automation, or abuse that threatens reliability or cost.

Included standard use

What the base plan is meant to cover

  1. Everyday conversation, drafting, summaries, follow-up, and ordinary assistant work in the default shared chat path.
  2. Normal workspace use that stays within seat, storage, plan, and safety limits.
  3. Human-scale usage patterns that look like a real owner, team, or family assistant, not a background batch-processing engine.

Premium usage

What may use premium credits or a larger plan

  1. Premium model routes, especially when they cost materially more than the included shared model.
  2. Image, audio, video, transcription, or media-heavy generation paths.
  3. Large batch jobs, repetitive automation, or tool loops that create unusually high runtime cost.

Platform protections

What fair use is not

  1. It is not a promise of unlimited dedicated throughput, infinite background jobs, or reserved model capacity.
  2. It does not override plan limits, abuse controls, regulated-sector restrictions, or provider availability.
  3. It does mean customers should not need to micromanage routine shared chat just to keep Clawdio useful every day.
