Effective April 3, 2026. Clawdio can support regulated deployment paths, but those paths need the right provider, retention, audit, browser, and contract posture. This page makes that explicit.

EducationUses regulated provider policy, admin-only exports, and FERPA-aware deployment review.
FinancialUses stronger retention, stricter runtime log controls, and enterprise-billing-only provider paths.

What buyers can ask for now

  1. Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for privacy and processor terms.
  2. Business Associate Addendum rider (BAA path) for healthcare qualification discussions.
  3. Sector deployment review for healthcare, education, or financial-services workspaces.
  4. Evidence pack discussion covering provider path, retention, audit, and tenant isolation posture.

These documents and deployment paths still require commercial review. This page does not itself grant HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA, or other regulatory certification.
