Clawdio Data Processing Addendum baseline.

Effective April 3, 2026. This page is the public baseline for Clawdio DPA conversations. Final processor terms still need commercial review and signature.

Controller / processor splitThe customer remains controller for customer data; Clawdio acts as processor for the SaaS operation path.
Subprocessors matterProvider and infrastructure paths can change by sector, plan, and deployment mode.
Security measuresTenant isolation, audit, retention, and provider controls are part of the deployment review, not implied by default marketing copy.

Scope

What the DPA is meant to cover

  1. Processing of account, workspace, operational, and support data needed to run Clawdio.
  2. Security and subprocessors appropriate to the approved deployment path.
  3. Deletion, retention, export, and incident-notice expectations for the agreed service tier.
