BAA discussions start with the deployment path, not the marketing claim.

Effective April 3, 2026. Clawdio can support healthcare-oriented deployment review, but a Business Associate Addendum only makes sense if the provider path, retention controls, audit controls, and data handling path are approved first.

What Healthcare mode already does

1. Blocks personal subscriber auth paths for Codex and Claude.
2. Disables the self-serve shared browser route.
3. Disables self-serve runtime log inspection.
4. Pushes the workspace back to Clawdio-managed routing when a personal provider no longer qualifies.

Important limit

This page is not itself a HIPAA claim

A signed BAA, approved provider path, and deployment review are still required before Clawdio should be sold as a healthcare-ready path for PHI workflows.
